My son was diagnosed with mild ADHD and the doctor suggested that we put him on medication. I am fearful of the many side effects that this medication has and sought a natural approach. My son has been taking these supplements for about 2 months and I really see a difference. Not only do I see a difference, but others who know him have commented that he seems more focused and less high strung. He actually sits through an entire meal and eats. My son had difficulty finishing his work in class and being distracted by others finishing/talking. Homework took forever. He takes this product plus Omega 3(GNC or Dr. Sears has some wonderful chewable versions that taste good)daily with breakfast. This product is chewable and does not taste bad. He hardly ever brings homework home anymore, A honor roll, and his teacher has noticed a huge difference for the better. When I went for his teacher conference she said, "I have nothing to say to you other than he's doing great, keep doing whatever you're doing, he's got all A's." We have been very pleased and notice a immediate difference if we ever forget to have him take it. It needs to be taken daily and on the weekends to keep the levels consistent.
